| moreNancy Meyers writes and directs the romantic comedy Something's Gotta Give. Jack Nicholson plays Harry Langer, a swinging fiftysomething entertainment executive surrounded by plenty of young girlfriends. During one of his romantic flings with young Marin (Amanda Peet), he suffers a heart attack. They just happen to be staying at the home of Marin's mother, Erica (Diane Keaton), a successful playwright with no love life. As Harry recovers, he's surprised to find himself growing fond of a woman his own age. When his thirtysomething doctor Julian (Keanu Reeves) also becomes attracted to Erica, Harry has to come to terms with his newfound feelings. Also starring Frances McDormand and Jon Favreau.
