This is a BlindWrite CD clone - you need Blindwrite suite to burn it, or mount it with the newest version of DaemonTools.
Burning instructions are included in a text file in the archive. There's an old version of Blindwrite Suite included too, but I suggest you get the newest one off ShareReactor. :)
