The major problem is finding people sharing the file you want... since edonkey has a tendency to bounce servers from time to time (usually to a server no-one's heard of and don't have in their list *sigh*).
This FIXES that to a degree by uploading via FTP an image telling people what server you're on and when it was last updated. Easy to use, HIGHLY customizable.

Possibly the most useful edonkey utility out there today.
