| In this upbeat platformer, you play the part of Alfred Chicken, who needs to rescue his friends Billy and Floella from the evil MekaChickens, who have stolen Alfred's eggs to boot.
Alfred Chicken is a straight-up platform game that owes much to the Amiga games developer Twilight had created before. Each side-view stage has a set theme (toy land, cheese land, and so on), and Alfred has to find and peck away all the balloons in the level to go on to the boss battle. The smooth, varied animation on Alfred and the cute graphics give this game a singular feel in the 8-bit world.
